Consumer Redressal

I bought one helmet order no 10627416( sober rodick full face black ) but when I received the I found some other brand in the box that is Krish brand, when I complained they asked to send the pictures which I did, then they arranged the pickup, but this is done after several reminders, it took almost two months, now when I told them that I am going to consumer forum, they send a mail that the amount is refunded, and the amount is 398 instead of 447, I want my product to be delivered and are not doing that instead I am penalized for no faults, I need a compensation for embarrassment and harassment, how can a company do this, kindly instruct them to either deliver the product or I need a compensation of rs 5000
