Resp Sir, I Ashish Jadhav R/o Aurangabad,MS has purchaced the Kent-RO water Purifier from Megha Electricals&Electronics Aurangabad,and service provider Dhruv Enterprises Plot no 1262 Sai nagar N-6 cidco Aurangabad Cell no 7588028054. on dated 08/08/2014 with invoice no 3844 as at the cost of Rs19000, From the 2nd day of purchase the unit fails to work properly viz-leakage of water excess drain of water on complaint the service person replace the damage part to solve the problem ,by this the machine fails to work properly and on date 20/10/2014 it stoped working on complaint the service person attained the call and replace the Blast of machine,on 29/11/2014 the machine stopped working on complaint serviceperson replaced the sv harnes after this within 24hrs the machine stopped to work and on 30/11/2014 serviceperson replaced the RoHarnes frt, and now from the 05/12/2014 machine dsen't work properly the purification of water is not proper and the waste water drain is very large.
