Dear Sir,
I have purchased dress online from Craftvilla on COD basis against order no. 100204875 & the seller on website is V&V shop, Surat. The dress is not as per on website. I would like to return the dress but they said that i have to bear courier charges. And the seller number (9710286555) shown on packet is always not reachable. courier charges is 321 rs and they will give me only 100 voucher, which is the biggest nonsense ever.
what's the guarantee, that they will refund my account. Seller number is always not reachable.
Kindly take an action against them.
