ear sir,
I got following sms on my no. 9036339002 on 11/12/14 at 9.45am.
"RC 299: 300TT + 2GB 3G data for 28 days. Applicable for only online recharges. Hurry limited period offer till 12th DEC 14 only".
By trusting this SMS I did online recharge of Rc 299 online. Then I got below SMS.
"Hi STV recharge successful, MRP Rs.299, validity: 30 days, Rs175TT+1.5GB 3G data(30 days validity)
Tranc ID: 100004504680505. Thank you. At : 12:53 PM. 11/12/14"
i called so many times custemer care as well as i filled complain to " listen@tatadocomo.com" but no responce, they were telling rechrge by tata docomo website but in the message there is not clearly mention about website simply recharge ,and also they were telling i did recharge through retailer , i have all proof .
i need compensaton for this cheated msg, i lost my paitence so i need compensate,
if u need i send u all the documents i have
