I have booked on spicejet for the holidays from chennai to varanasi and return for my family of 6 members which has cost a huge amount of Rs 90000 through yatra.com.
Now with enquiry from spicejet, they say yatra has to refund the money. Yatra is saying that they didnt yet receive the refund from spicejet.
I had to rebook with souring prices recently.
What is the status of refund money by spice jet/ yatra?
Have anyone got refund? inform atleast it will give hope.
I have not received the refund even after 10days of cancellation
