Dear Sir/ Madam,
We have sent a courier of 100 books titled name' CSR Good Book' published by us duly packed in boxes through Mr.PRAMOD KUMAR, MANAGER, PRIME TIME COURIER. GURGAON from Gurgaon to Mumbai to be released in one of the conference on dated 27 august '2014 by Finance minister Shri Arun Jaitley and we received all the books in damaged conditioned and in plastic sacks like garbage just few hours before starting of the event and courier guy has not been able to resolve the issue and giving all kind of accuses for the past three months and we have already paid more than 60% payment towards the bill produced by him and now he is threatening our employees. The total cost of the books as Rs. One Lakh. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
