Dear Team,
Currently am facing a online fraud from this online store arshopee.com. They offered me a product of rupees 8999 with EMI
option.Then I gave them my net banking details to them and they debited 17998 rupees from my HDFC bank account without informing me. When I asked them the same thing they informed that the money is on hold and after two days they will return back the money deducting only the EMI amount. Since then am behind them every day but they not returning the money and not picking the calls also. Please help me here
