Dear sir/madam, i would like to inform you that i have a Nokia mobile handset model no 515,but my hand set is folty and he is under warranty but company service centare in Gariahat kolkata he cannot accepet our handset because he tell me our mobile parts and other things not avilable there so you may go now .Service centare manager behaviour are not good i try to solve our problem last four months so kindly help me and do the needfull as soon as possible.
