Ebay is the worst online shopping site delivers defective products and when complaints are made they mail u misleading mails... Below is the case what happened with me I ordered a flip cover and when i received it I found that was defective . I lodged a complaint on the same day they told me instead of going for replacement u choose claim option as u will receive it more conveniently as compared to replacement and assured me that you will receive it in 7 to 10 days and that happend on 24 Oct 2014 but till now I haven't received any coupon or a single mail frm their side regarding the proceeding of the complaint. And now when I call them they disconnect the call I think the reality of this fake site needed to be exposd so i did many of people like me wud have been a victim of such an unethical trade practice.
