I had ordered a Winter Breaker Black fleece Jacket with order number 10819379. Even the mail from rediff confirmed this. But the one I received was a maroon coloured. Now on calling rediff they say that the black one is sold out, and it was written on the website. But this is false as nothing such was written, and if so then why did they mail that my order for 'Winter Breaker Black fleece jacket' is confirmed?
Now I am really harassed, wasting so much of time, I want a full refund.
