Consumer Redressal

During my vacation to India I got few phone calls from Bagittoday (BIT) for Diamond promotional offer, i.e. pay Rs. 25,000.00 Rs and get 50,000.00 Rs worth of Diamonds and 25,000.00 Rs. Worth of some products. Since this promotion is for diamonds I was not interested at the beginning when BIT staff Miss. Riya called me for more than 6 times on 06th Jan 2013. Subsequently Mr. Ravi Sharma called me from +9112047917500 for more than 20 times for two consequent days and assured me that I could choose any other products worth of 50,000.00 Rs. instead of Diamonds and in addition to that further purchases will be 80% off for all products? I asked for letter of confirmation regarding this change but, he replied me that all the conversations are recorded hence no need to worry about the black and white confirmation letter.
