I have placed an order for a toy from rediff shopping. The order number is 10581974. The order was placed on 19 Oct and the product is yet to receive. I called them 10 time and they said the status is- ready to deliver . Today I called again and they said the product is out of stock and they will refund it with in 5 working days. I demanded interest for holding my payment but they denied it. They cheated me with an intention to make profit . So it is possible to claim my interest?
