Consumer Redressal

o whomever it may concern, I am a user of Micromax Canvas A114. I had purchased the product a few months back. I started getting problems with my headset jack.I gave it to the customer care unit at M/S INFOTEL SERVICES,43B NEW ALIPORE KOLKATA-700053 on 19.11.2014. They confidently told me that I'll get back my phone within 1 week. It has been almost 2 weeks and they are not returning my phone. The phone is within warranty period. The only excuse they say is that the parts have not yet come to them. Moreover every time I call them all they do is reject my call and behave in a vulgar manner with me. Such a behavior towards customers is not expected and I hope my complaint will be looked upon seriously.
