Have purchased a product from shopclues.com on 3rd nov 2014.
I have contacted its customer support many times through calls and emails, but they are not providing my product to me. On website the status for the product is showing dispatched since 12 nov 2014 but not delivered yet. I have been provided many ticket numbers related to this but none of them is closed with a solution.
Kindly provide me solution to this as i want my product from them.
