Consumer Redressal

I want to file complaint against Micromax Mobiles. I have brought Micromax Canvas A110 mobile for Rs:9,700 on 15/10/13, after 6 months it had got problem so, I submitted it to the Micromax care at Nanded(Padmaja Enterprises) as it was in warranty period. After 15 days they had returned me my mobile and told 'its ok now', but after few days it again got the same problem, so i had again submitted it to care center. This happened 3 times, now this time they had not returned my mobile even after 3 months had gone, when i call to the customer care,they are telling me that you need to wait for again 1 month, the peoples in regional office are not ready to hear any complaint from me, there language is so rude, and they uses bad words while talking with me, please help me to get my mobile back (in working condition) or refund my money.
