Consumer Redressal

I have taken godrej refrigerator from vijay sales but its bulb was not working from 2 nd day of purchase so make complaint to the godrej but its service is so poor and fake..they have attended our compaint after 1 month..now bulb is working but back part of the bulb is get burn and melt so we cant use this kind of refrigerator after paying 15000/-.so please help me out as godrej is not giving any response to our complaint and vijay sales is also not responding me..and godrej is so fake company.
