We purchased a Desktop of HP from Aspire communications, 1B Dover Lane, Kolkata-700029 as on 12.12.2013. But the Monitor is out of order from 15.11.2014. We inform the matter to the supplier and also to HP customer care, complain id no. Hp-112114-13. But nobody responding till date. Kindly look into the matter.
