I have a live-pure water purifiers machine in warranty period and they promised us to provide 4 free service but they didn't so.My machine did not work properly since the 08/12/14.I was informing the customer care 18004199399 and they told us to provide the service within 24 hrs.Till today they did not provide any service of said complain even service manager of kolkata did not pick up phone of customer and customer care also told to us to contact service manager.Register mobile no 9432834662.
Tell me how can i get the service. how to complain in consumer forum and court.please sort out the matter as soon as possible.
