Regarding amazon India online shopping.I place the order for f&d multimedia speaker of Rs-989 with tracking id-561393929 on 16/Oct/2014 .expected delivery is on 30/Oct/2014.till on 14/DEC/2014 I didn't got the product .but I got mail & message from amazon on 15/dec/2014 that or product as been arrived at the courier centre .when I wentto the courier centre they said it has been returned.they wasted my time.after placing the order I called them many times but not responded .I have mail proof & message proof .kindly help me
