I had purchased one laptop at eshop12.com site and they committed to deliver in 7 days but they are not delivered after 3 weeks.If I call to CC trey's answer is no seance. I would like put legal case. Please let me know the process and what kind of documents needed for this. they are keeping 54k in more then three week and wasting my time.
