I have booked a flat in Trimurti Builders . Cost of the flat has already paid through our loan bankers. But even after lapse of five years approx. flat has not been finished properly and doing late to hand over. I have contacted but Builder is not taking any interest to hand over even till now. Not only that the Builder is charging another amount with extending more square feet after lapse of four-five years time. What action you can take with that Builder.
