Consumer Redressal

I had send my courier from Jajpur road to Tarapur-Thane from DTDC courier & but not delivered in around one month time & return back after taking several follow-up from agency with reason saying No service at Tarapur-Thane. I was shocked when I came to know courier was returning due No service reason from where, where is 3 centre available in Tarapur for collection & distribution & delivery location is in 1 Km from Tarpur-boisar station. How pathetic service provider in India doing business & Robbing openly our pockets? When I tried to customer care nos then no response from there, when I asked him for FIR & then they connect their seniors & he give excuse that person mobile not reached where family staying at home. & at last he send me mail that this courier will delivered FOC basis. But Jajpur road agency denied for the same.
