Consumer Redressal

Sir/Madam, I have one HDFC salary account (Customer ID# 41021627). Rs 561.80 was deducted from my account on 12th December 2014. I heve been told by the bank officials that I have one demat account and this is the annual charge for the same. But I have never done any trading till date and I never opted for any demat account. It was wrongly added to my account without my consent from the opening of the account on 2011. They have not deducted any amount for the first 2 years, and all of a sudden thay have started without any consent. As such amount was never deducted on the first two years, it was never in my track and now all of a sudden they have deducted without my notice and now deffering to payback my amount. I am losing my faith on the HDFC bank. Please do the needful on the urgent basis as I need this amount in my account as soon as possible, because I dont have much balance as of now in the account.
