Dear Sir,
This complaint regarding the charges levied by Vodafone for using third party application called mgossip which is absolutely fraudulent.They charged me Rs. 441 & Rs. 196 for 2 months for the services which are not used. In reference to this the customer care executives are not assisting and providing any detailed information for the charges. Request you to look into the same.
