Consumer Redressal

I had placed an order at yepme, the order has been dispatched with the awb no. 15122567671, order id is 11074992 by delhivary courier services, but since last three day they are unable to deliver the same stating, (Dear customer, Your shipment from Yepme with ID 11074992 was attempted today for delivery. We were unable to deliver to you. For any queries call us at 01244718900/ 01246719500.) I had also contacted on given number but they were not able to assist on the same and asked to call back which is not possible as everytime i call them, i have to spend 5 to 6rs as these are not toll free number. Futher, for the non delivery, they neither called nor shared the exact reason for the same. Plz look into this as i have placed one more order on snapdeal and i dont want the same thing to happaned.
