I have purchased one LENOVO 269i (IMEI 862863021741077) from CHITRACHAYA STUDIO, STATION ROAD, KHARDAHA, KOLKATA-118 on 03.01.2014, Invoice no. CYY-4193. The set become faulty on 03.12.2014. After checking and admitting the same they have taken (with battery) and received the same on the reverse side of the invoice. They asked me to collect the set on 05.12.14. But till I did not get back my set. Surprisingly, day by day their reply becoming ambiguous. Now, they are telling the service center will call me after repair. (i.e., no time limitation!!!! Though the set is under 1 year warranty).
This is why I have to come to you to solve the problem.
I have collect the ph. No. of the proprietor 9836367537 (Mr. Amit) but he does not pick up my calls.
