Consumer Redressal

I have placed an order for "100% Waterproof Mattress Cover" (Order No 24492075) with ShopClues.com on 24th Oct2014 for Rs.115/- through my debit card.They confirmed through email on 12th Nov2014 that the product has been returned back and that they will not be able to re-ship it. Also they confirmed that they have forwarded a request for refund and that the amount would reflect in the account in 7-9 business days for Debit Card.However the refund was credited as per the mentioned time. Hence I raised another complaint with ShopClues.com logged with ticket no 1522641 on 1st Dec2014 and 1574279 on 10th Dec2014 to which they give me the same response that they are processing the refund and that it would take another 2 weeks for the refund to show up in the account. This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent service. Its been almost a month now and every time I ask for my refund they say that it is in process and will take another 2 weeks for the amount to be credited. Please advice.
