i use EUREKA FORBES Water filter with regular AMC,reccently there was some problem arises and company representative remarks is this particular problem is not covered in AMC, WHEN it is taken they always insists if you take AMC everything will be taken care.I feel this is some form of cheating with customer, please guide and help
