Dear Sir,
I have purchased Micromax canvas hd plus a190 earlier this month on 27 nov my phone stopped working and screen got blured, so i deposit my phone in mmx service centre in ambala M/s Service City. They said that Problem is cause by motherboard so phone will be go to head office to repair and it will take around 10 to 15 days to repair and come back. My jobsheet no. is N050113-1114-13637924 AND IMEI NO. is 911369851544210, 911369851645249 and I got a call from mmx head office delhi on 3 dec 2014 they told me that we have got your phone on 2 dec 2014 and you will get your phone in 7 days.Tell me how much time it will take because i have purchased this phone after a long time from my saving.... please sir i'm requesting you to repair my phone as soon as possible and how much time it will take
