Ihave ordered a nebuliser at TIMTARA.COM. I have made prepayment by my ICICI online a/c.Order #10217258
Order Date: 17-03-2012.On not getting delivery after one month I contacted them through their support line phone.They rplied it was a \"NOn-STOCK ITEM \" and money would be refunded. despite many reminders,phone calls,email to their Customer Relaions Officer through cco@timtara.com till date no refund or no responsible reply from Timtara.com.Plz advise me on next course of action.
