I Have order a Pizz on 21 nov 2014 by Hdfc Netbanking(referance no- 1121193534) but same time website got hanged and amount of 407 rupees debit from my account. Pizaa not delivered and amount debited from account and they are not refund me .I have raised a complain with HDFC complain no is -DELC1214079672.they are saying that payment has been updated at billers end and i have to check with Biller . please help me on this .
