Consumer Redressal

Aircel stole 198 rupees from my account with their false statements and when I tried to lodge a complain and asked for the refund within 24 hrs of the deduction, a customer care executive named Sampa Gayen refused to listen to the voice recording of the call which came to me before the deduction of my account balance where I was told that it was a free offer for me & was particularly told that no balance will be deducted for such,moreover she told me that may me my statements are false. please see to the matter. I want a refund of my stolen amount from Aircel which is one of the worst service providers.
