Dear Sir,
1) I order a product Online on Myntra order no 23023583; Fort Collins Boys blue Hooded Padded Jacket, a jacket with cap but product what i got was not having cap and also the color was slight different. As per policy they are suppose to do reverse pick or exchange at their own instead they wanted me to send the product back by courier.Ok after this i got cash back and order another product with order no 24000489, Fort Collins Boys Black Hooded Padded Jacket with cap again i got a jacket without cap and color was entirely different from what showed online.
2) Company is responsible for exchange at their own cost.
3) Product is not as same as what your company showed it online. It is a fraud. I have proof of online snap shot and your product what i got.
4) This is season of winter and clothing was for a kid of 5 years. Now it took almost one month to negotiate with online myntra site when ever i call or mail they say send the item back they will do quality check as if i
