I have purchased on Denim shirt from Yepme.com, with order id 10894125 dated 13th Nov'14, payment done by online method. The company delivered to me very dirty/color faded product which I returned to them through courier on 17th Nov'14 (charges paid by me - which they will say that the co. will refund it) but now 20-22 days have passed they have not refunded my amount. i am following it up with them, but they keep me hanging saying wait for 5-7 days.
Please help.
