Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Bharani, placed an order of 2items at www.fashionandyou.com with order id: 110053300. On 14th november 2014 I paid the amount of 3363.40 through online. They delivered only 1 item. Today I called to customer care regarding the delivery status of 2nd item. They are saying that the 2nd item order was cancelled because its quality was not good. Without any intimation(like message/call) how can they cancel my order. Today, again they placed the same item on their site. So I asked them if the quality was not good why u placed the same item. There is no answer from their side. Kindly accept my complaint and take some action on this site
