I purchased a karbonn mobile from flipkart on19.11.2014. On 09.12.2014 I suffered a problem with that mobile . In the settings menu I switched on a talkback option. After that it started working on its own. The option was meant for the blind persons. I could not switch off the option. I went to the authorised service centre Lakshmi Telecom 29/2,sahapur colony,kolkata-700053.They said me it was a software problem and charged me rs 400 though it was meant to be done free of cost because i took the mobile in a year which was its warranty period. Please help me.
