Material sent through Agarwal packers & movers vide GC note LDH001173 recd. in broken/ damaged/ deep scratches/ theft enroute. Complaint lodged & noting given on the acknowledgement but no one bothered to contact/ respond even after gap of two days. In my view it is third class organisation who cheats customer by charging hefty amount for safe delivery but don't care for material / customer.
