Consumer Redressal

I have purchase Tata Manza in the month of jan2010 frm cargo motors & extended warranty purchased from tata motors. Required service to the vehicle is done during the period of 2 years. In the month of Jan-12 we noticed our a/c not working in car. We approached cargo motors and were informed to put the vehicle for service and same was done, but were informed that the A.C is not working and has to be repaired outside since they cannot accomodate in extended warranty, since oil change is not done, when i insisted to give it in writing, i was informed to keep the vehicle and asured that vehcile will be repaired under extended warranty and nothing to worry. After two weeks of followup I was told to pay up 10899 for parts replace, which are already covered under warranty. There was no other option left for me than to pay off, toherwise the vehicle will not be released. After my requiests for refund and infitmating the insurance company that I shall file a complaint I was informed that there is another payment pending of compressor and needs to pay up, which again is part of extended warranty. Kindly help in this regard
