Dear Consumer Redressal team,
I bought a MTS MBlaze wifi data card which activated on 26th November.But I'm still unable to connect to internet.I launched a complaint(39009) and continuously following up with appellate team(appellate.kol@mtsindia.in).But till date my issue is not resolved and no action taken by MTS.

Please help me with my next steps.
