Consumer Redressal

I want to file a police complaint against the owner Mr. Otawkar of the flat in Hermes Heritage, F-7/14, Shastri-nagar, Yerwada, Pune: 411006 and his agent Mr. Sachin(Agent) for non-cooperation in getting the repairing work done for his bathroom leakages. From 2-3 months, the bathroom of the flat F-7/14 has been leaking water into my flat F-7/10. I have already intimated Mr. Otawkar about the problem, but he is not willing to fix the problem. Instead he has been demanding 50% of the expenses from me for getting his bathroom fixed. I am surprised that why I should be paying the money for his repairing works. I have also not demanded any expenses from him to fix my bathroom and living room damages caused due to his bathroom leakages. I just want that he should get his bathroom fixed with his own expenses, to avoid any further damages to my house. I would really appreciate, if you could help me getting this issue resolved ASAP.
