Consumer Redressal

I had purchased a power bank from shop clues website. I had received but didn't liked the quality of this product and want shop clues to make it return and refund. But they just emailed me that they can not take back that product and will not refund me my money. Every consumer have right to check the product and then buy it. But in online shopping you have to buy it and if you don't like the product you can return it to the website and take your refund. But they are not taking it back. Kindly somebody help me.
