I have availed DTH service from Bharti Telemedia Ltd(airtel) vide customer ID 3014736781. I have requested them to change my plan on 09/11/2014 & recharge the service by Rs 270 but they didn't change. Further they have stopped the services before 8 days & when i called them they asked me to recharge again for resume the services. PLease help.
