I gave advanced 800 Rs to the shop keeper & got recieve on 18-Oct-2014 in Srinagar. The shop keeper agreed to send the coat via courior, but he did not send till now & he is not receiving our phone call even for last 2/3 weeks. As a tourist we are cheated in Sirinagar.
