Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, Myself Anand Singh, I'm mentally tired due to medical negligence by India's No 1 Hospital AIIMS. At Department of Neurology, AIIMS. I was admitted for re-examination and Muscle Biopsy, from 13 Nov,2014 to 17 Nov, 2014. On 17th Nov between 3 to 4 pm Dr. Shambhu (SR) cut my left thigh around 2 inches and take Muscle sample from my left Thigh and discharge me at 8:0 pm on same day. Around 10 days I was on bed rest due to unable to move. 2nd Dec, 2014 when I go for Report at 10:30 am, the Lab assistant told me that your Muscle sample was not on proper format so you need another Muscle sample. I'm really shocked about such kind of negligence by AIIMS. I don't know who is responsible for this either Doctor or Pathology Lab.
