Sir, I purchased an 2 Ton window AC Brand Hitachi in June 2011. There is 5 yr warranty on compressor. My compressor worked well for 6 months from the date of installation but after 6 month it is sounding like a very big Machine.I complained allot but no one came to attend my complaint. then i logged a complaint by e-mail to Hitachi. Now they are ready to change the compressor but demanding Rs 2200/- against Gas charging. where is my fault. what can I do.?
