I had ordered Nokia Lumia 830 orange color on 1/12/2014, worth rs 27000.00 On opening the package and switching ON the mobile Nokia Logo appears on the screen, it vibrates and switches OFF.
Now snapdeal is replying that such type of concern is not covered in our policy.
It is just 1 day past, faulty product is delivered by reputed Online company snapdeal. I have valid documents of mobile and retail invoice.
Please guide me for further process.
