I had ordered an item in rediff shopping on 07 Nov 2014, with order ID 10665991, for Rs: 11,907 and made full advance payment. This item has still not been shipped as yet and even after repeated requests to cancel the order and refund my money, the rediff people are not responding back in any manner. Please help me get back my money.
