I ordered an item in rediff shopping on 09 Oct 2014 for Rs 11,907. Order No.10665991. I paid full money in advance. Till today Rediff has not shipped me the item, and after repeated requests to cancel the order and refund my money they are not contacting me in any way. They are not shipping my item and not even ready to refund my money. Please help me to get my money back as the rediff people are not respond in any way.
