Hi Sir/Mam,
I have order HP pendrive and other products from Patym online with online payment. I have not got my pendrive delivered till now but other products has been delivered. 24/11/14 was delivering date to me. Tracking shows that it has been received by Javas courier service on 21/11/14. They msgd me that there will be delay in delivering to me for about 24-48hrs (i.e. till 25/11/14).
But till now I has not got my order, its more than 10 days of mine ordering date (17/11/14).
I faced and still facing the problems due to it.
Please suggest what should I do and against whom Paytm or Product Seller or Courier Service.
