I purchased one double bed blanket from amazon.in.when the parcel arrived,I saw one baby blanket inside.I contacted the amazon customer care.they send mail for return procedure. I follow all the rules of that mail.and packed the parcel.the courier person arrived and said the parcel was not packed properly.and refused that parcel.please help me to return back my amount
